How To Protect Yourself From Emf Radiation Emitted By Airpods
Each day you are exposed to a lot of EMF radiation not only from AirPods but also from other devices, especially those using wireless technologies. In the modern world, we breathe and sleep technology, therefore, it is hard to avoid the use of these technological devices.
Because these devices have become part of our daily life, it is hard to imagine getting rid of them. Dont worry, there are ways to reduce your level of exposure to EMF radiation. Some of the strategies you can use to reduce your exposure rate include:
What Are The Disadvantages Of Airpods
13 Wireless Disadvantages Of Apples AirPods!
- AirPods will be difficult to find in bags or pockets.
- Were going to lose the AirPods easily.
- You cant use AirPods on the street someone might steal them from your ear.
- It would be expensive to buy new AirPods.
- Another reminder: AirPods will not come together with the iPhone 7.
Damage To The Dna Of Body Cells
A study was undertaken by Verum Research group in Germany about the effects of radiation on animals and in people. It indicated that the frequencies emitted not only by AirPods, but also other wireless devices, damages your DNA. This makes it hard for the cells to repair any DNA breaks resulting in more damage to the cells. This damage can later influence the growth of cancerous cells.

Do Airpods Kill Brain Cells
Does the use of the Apple Watch cause the death of brain cells? Recent reports suggest that the answer is yes.
And the use of the devices has become so widespread that it is an important question to be answered by many users of the device.
They are worried about the health risks of using the gadgets, especially the ones that look like a real earpiece.
The use of the devices is worrying because it is believed that the death of brain cells is connected to long-term exposure to radiation from the devices.
This was brought out after reports came out saying that there were a reduced number of neurons in the brains of individuals who used the products for a prolonged period of time.
This was widely used by the medical community as a tool in the fight against Alzheimers disease.
But what is even more alarming is that the reason for the decrease in the number of neurons in the brain was the lack of oxygen.
This happened because the devices were not correctly cleaned after usage.
While it is not completely true that continuous exposure to radiation is the cause of the reduction in brain cells, it is undeniable that the devices emit energy waves that travel through the air in very low frequency waves.
This causes some cells in the body to lose their ability to produce energy.
Although it is true that these two parts of the body are the ones most affected by the use of the devices, is there any safe level of exposure to the waves?
Opinion: Airpods Might Not Be Music To Your Ears
Your AirPod case pops open with a click and you slip the cold, smooth plastic into your ear, waiting for your music to begin blasting but although the music may sound good, its harmful consequences might not be music to your ears, including hearing loss and even cancer.
Your ear is made of three parts the outer, middle and inner. Tiny hair cells called cochlea are apart of the inner ear and send sound messages to the brain they can be easily damaged by loud sounds.
The louder the sound is, the quicker it can cause injury to your eardrums and nerves. The sound of your everyday life is around 80 decibels but, if the sound of your music becomes louder, like when you are in a crowded room, nerve damage can happen in less than a minute.
Hearing loss may not be apparent at once and its effects are gradual. By the time you realize it, it is too late because ear damage is irreversible. AirPods along with earphones are especially bad because they are directly emitting sound into your ears. Sounds of hearing loss include ringing, buzzing, roaring, muffling or distortion of sounds.
While earphones or headphones may cause hearing loss, they do not have the same side effects that AirPods may have. After Apple killed off the headphone jack on the iPhone, the future of headphones have become wireless, leading to constant radiation from our devices. In 2018, US scientists released that cell phone radiation could cause cancers in rats.

Use Only One Airpod Earbud
This might be something that you discovered on your own, but its actually a fantastic way to lower your exposure if you just cant give up on using them.
Whenever your AirPods are out of the case, not only are they communicating with your phone, but theyre also communicating with each other.
Using just one AirPod earbud will not only allow you to hear if your kid is calling you from the other room or that car honking at you on the road, but will also lower your exposure to the device by more than half.
Alright, now lets take a look at a few good product alternatives.
How Does Noise Cause Hearing Loss
The ear is made up of three parts that work together to process sounds: the outer ear, the middle ear, and the inner ear. Part of the inner ear, called the cochlea, contains tiny hair cells. These hair cells help send sound messages to the brain. Loud noise can damage the hair cells. When this happens, the cochlea can’t relay sound messages to the brain as well.
Unlike damage to other parts of your body, inner ear damage never heals. Over time, as more and more hair cells get damaged, your hearing will get worse and worse.

The Debate Over Bluetooth And Other Low
One thing about Bluetooth and cellphone radiation is that its low energy, so some argue that its generally safer than high-energy radiation sources like X-rays.
The most well-known short-term risk associated with radio frequency radiation is that, at very high levels, it can generate heat and cause burns. However, scientists and researchers are still gathering data about the effects of long-term exposure to low-power EMF radiation. Theres simply not enough data yet to make anything conclusive.
Past studies have certainly linked certain types of brain cancer and fertility problems even to low-energy radiation like the type emitted by cellphones and other wireless gadgets. Similar to what the EMF scientists said, although not conclusive, radio frequency radiation is linked to health issues like:
- Brain cancer, tumors of the acoustic nerve and the salivary glands
- Lower sperm counts and inactive, less mobile sperm
- Headaches and effects on learning and memory, hearing, behavior and sleep
Some people also claim that they have EMF hypersensitivity and say exposure to radio frequency radiation trigger multiple symptoms like headaches, muscle aches and pain, rashes, insomnia and nosebleeds.
But although there is no conclusive data yet , why should we risk it?
What Do Airpods Do To Your Brain
Many people are wondering what AirPods do to your brain.
They dont understand why the older generation never embraced the technologically advanced headphones that are now available in the market.
The reason for this is because they feel that these headphones can work wonders in enhancing the brain power of a person.
Now, if you happen to be one of those people who are asking this question, then you better stop asking it.
For many people who are asking this question, they are probably still not aware of the benefits that these headphones offer.
The good thing about AirPods is that they are extremely beneficial to the brain. The reason behind this is because they are capable of stimulating the brain to work for you.
This is what these headphones are capable of doing. They have the ability to stimulate the brain. To achieve this, you will need to put them in the ears of your children.
When they wear them for a few minutes, the brain cells of their brain is going to be stimulated.
Now, when we talk about the brain, we are talking about the brain that is connected to our own life.
That is why when we talk about the brains ability to work for us, it means that we are able to improve our lives by improving our brains.
As you can guess, we cannot get into how much these headphones can help the brain of an adult.
The reason for this is because there are different kinds of headphones for different ages.

Can Airpods Cause Cancer
A group of around 250 EMF scientists has issued an international appeal to the UN and the WHO, calling for protection from non-ionizing electromagnetic exposure.
Based on peer-reviewed research, they said that they have serious concerns about our increasing exposure to the radiation emitted by electric and wireless devices.
And like any other modern gadget, AirPods and other Bluetooth earphones, like the Beats X and the new Samsung Galaxy Buds, for example, also emit electromagnetic field radio frequencies.
AirPods, in general, are a big cause of concern since they are embedded within ones ear canal when in use, directly exposing the inner ear to EMF radiation. The close proximity to the brain of their typical position is also alarming to many scientists.
According to the groups UN appeal, numerous recent studies show that EMF exposure has these effects on living organisms:
- increased cancer risk
- neurological disorders
- negative impacts on general well-being in humans
This damage, they said, goes beyond humans. There is growing evidence that these also adversely affect both plant and animal life.
Final Thoughts On Emf Radiation Protection From Airpods
In conclusion, If youre concerned about exposure from your wireless AirPods or internet connection, you could use a wired connection when possible, keeping your router away from rooms where you spend the most time, and keeping it turned off at night.

Do The Benefits Outweigh The Risk
Before you throw your AirPods in the garbage, it’s essential to consider the risks carefully. While carcinogens are undoubtedly serious, they’re also present everywhere, from the wireless router, TV or wireless charger. Even going outside on a sunny day can have harmful results. So a bit of balance is needed.
The truth is that for most people, the benefits of wireless headphones greatly outweigh the potential risks. The risks are mostly minimal, and the benefits are great. So unless you feel you don’t have much to gain from wireless headphones, it’s almost certainly worth the investment, especially as wireless replaces wired tech.
If you don’t own any wireless headphones and are looking to purchase some, now is the perfect time to grab a pair of AirPods. This year, Apple offers a free pair of AirPods with the purchase of a new Mac or iPad for its back-to-school promotion. It’s a great deal to take advantage of, especially since the iPhone 12 is likely to be the first Apple iPhone that doesn’t include any headphones. Apple has just announced new features for AirPods at WWDC 2020, including automatic switching between Apple devices.
Are Airpods Bad For Your Ears
AirPods can definitely be bad for your ears but its the same problem with almost any type of earbud: people are more likely to turn up the volume on in-earphones and this can lead to permanent hearing damage.
Its not a problem specific to AirPods, but they sit outside the ear canal and that means they have poor noise isolation.
If youre having trouble hearing the audio youre playing, your reaction will be to dial the volume up. As Angela Lashbrook writes on Medium, AirPods do a poor job of overpowering noise like chattering colleagues or teens on the subway.
AirPods Pro have noise-cancellation, and this offsets some of the incoming soundwaves and helps keep the volume lower, but noise-cancelling in general isnt always effective at reducing loud voices: shrill conversations or babies crying, for example.
Whilst on-ear and over-ear headphones offer an additional buffer to noise thanks to their cushions, AirPods dont.
The reality is that AirPods can be bad for your ears. The design does little to encourage safe listening in noisy environments but Apple may argue that its up to the responsibility of the listener.
And is it fair to single them out when you could also pick up any other brand and say the same thing?
But even though other earbuds may be just as poor at noise-isolation, AirPods have 60% of the market share.

There’s No Conclusive Evidence That Airpods Pro Or Other Bluetooth Headsets Are Dangerous
There’s really no evidence that radio-frequency radiation can cause brain cancer or noncancerous brain tumors in people.
The author of the post also said that, in 2015, a group of more than 200 international scientists sent an “appeal” to the United Nations and the World Health Organization “expressing ‘serious concern’ about the non-ionizing electromagnetic field ” that is emitted by Bluetooth devices, such as AirPods.
That’s true, but the letter in question didn’t specifically mention Bluetooth devices or headphones.
The scientists behind that letter are concerned about all kinds of electronics that emit nonionizing electromagnetic fields the energy waves that travel at the speed of light in many electronics, including cellphones, WiFi devices, smart meters, baby monitors, and broadcast antennas.
“EMF Scientists have serious concerns regarding the ubiquitous and increasing exposure to radiation from wireless devices and antennas from all sources, including the pulsed digital signals Bluetooth transmits,” Elizabeth Kelley, the director of the International EMF Scientist Appeal, told Business Insider in an email.
However, most other scientists still hesitate to say there is conclusive evidence that the small doses of radiation from cellphones and Bluetooth headsets are dangerous.
“They don’t have enough energy to cause cancer by directly damaging the DNA inside cells,” according to the American Cancer Society.
Increase In Blood Pressure
Researchers in Germany discovered that one-time use of a cell phone for 35 minutes might result in a rise in resting blood pressure of between 5 and 10mm Hg.
EMF radiation from AirPods to a Physicist would appear to be of low-frequency, and radio-frequency radiation would be harmless to humans, unless, the heat is so intense that it damages our tissues and molecules in some way. It sounds rational, and some scientists still take this position on EMF.
A biologist, on the other hand, has a different view. To a biologist, whatever makes the human cell react to low levels of EMF by changing their behavior deserves to be looked into and not brushed off.
The biologist takes it a step further by looking at the significances caused to the organism of this changed cellular behavior to see if the effects are neutral, valuable or harmful.
Allow me to point out that not all the effects of EMF may yet be known, but here are some that are
- Blood cells clump together and have a distorted shape.
- Production of specific cells called stress protein begin to occur These cells serve as protection from threats when sensed.
- Reduction in specific hormone production like Melatonin and Serotonin.
- Reduction in sperm production as a result of less cell mobility
- Exposure to EMF radiation reduces DNA repair process within the cell.
The sad thing about most of the damages caused by EMF is that it will likely only appear after many years of exposure making it quite hard to pin the proof on EMFs.

Are There Other Potential Health Risks
EMF radiation which is caused by tech like AirPods has been linked to a variety of different health conditions. As well as there is the suggestion that it might cause cancer or DNA damage, it has also been linked to the development of ADHD.
The reason for this is that EMF radiation may cause calcium leakage which stimulates hyperactivity. This makes it far more difficult for people to concentrate. It has also been suggested that this is linked to electromagnetic intolerance.
The leakage of calcium ions may also trigger a shift in junction barriers throughout our bodies. This means that toxic materials are now able to access different areas of the body including the brain. It has been tied to the death of neurons which is linked to the development of serious mental health issues such as Dementia.

The media ecosystem system wrongly coded the news such that the Apple Head Phones and AirPods are as cancer risk the petition never mentioned the wireless headphones nor Apple AirPods Rather it coded as EMF emitting devices were Cordless and Wireless Phones, Wi-Fi, BroadCast Antennas, and smart meters.
The 250 scientists recommended that the current guidelines are insufficient and need further study on electromagnetic fields upon which wireless and Bluetooth products rely.
Apple has relied on such claims by saying that its Bluetooth Devices meet the terms of safety guidelines and their Wireless Earbuds or Headphones emit far fewer radio radiations than mobile devices and cell phones do.Hence, what should do consumers of wireless technology in the light of the above said reports? Until the claims are to be proved, it is not necessary to throw your wireless devices.
