    The organic acid test is a urine test that will look at a biomarker of B6 called pyrodixic. Low levels can indicate that their isnt enough B6 to successfully convert glutamate to GABA. We may also see very high or very low levels of homovanillic , which is a dopamine biomarker and vanillymandelic , a biomarker of adrenaline.
